This is in furtherance to outcome of Board Meeting dated 31st January, 2023, with regard to Right Issue extension wherein the issue was extended by 15 (Fifteen) days i.e., Thursday, February 23, 2023 (New Closure Date) which was scheduled to be closed on Thursday, February 02, 2023 (Old Closure Date); which is now rescheduled to close on Friday, 10th February, 2023 as per the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations 2018. Hence the new issue closing date will be considered as Friday, 10th February, 2023.
