| In continuation of our letter dated January, 2, 2023, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India("SEBI"), we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today, i.e. on 9th January, 2023 has, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, approved the following matters: 1. The Scheme of Amalgamation under Sections 233 of the Companies Act, 2013, 2. The Appointment of Mr. Gopal Kumar Roy, Chief Financial Officer of the Company in terms of the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule made there under with effect from 9th January, 2023. | |
