This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Amendments thereto and Company's Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's Securities will remain closed from 1st October, 2022. This closure is in connection with the finalization of financial statements for the quarter and half year ended on 30.09.2022 The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement / declaration of the said financial results to Stock Exchange.
