| Vishal Bearings Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/03/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of the Independent Directors of the Company, in terms of the provision of Section 149(8) of the Companies Act, 2013 (`Act'') read with Schedule IV of the Act and Regulation 25(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, is scheduled to be held on Friday, March 31, 2023, to inter-alia consider the following: 1) Reviewed the performance of Non-Independent Directors and the Board as whole. 2) Reviewed the performance of the Chairperson and the views of executive and non-executive directors. 3) Assessed the quality, quantity, and timeliness of the flow of information between the company management and the Board that is necessary for the Board to effectively perform their duties.
