This is to inform you that as per the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by its designated persons and immediate relatives of designated persons ('Code), the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from 1st April, 2023 until 48 hours after the conclusion of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held for the purpose of consideration and approval of the Audited Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2023, have been disseminated to the stock exchange, for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives.
