This is to inform that pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, Designated Employees and Connected Persons covered under the Company's Code of Conduct, with effect from the end of the September 2021 quarter up to the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration / publication of the financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2021.
