This is to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the relevant circulars issued by BSE Limited & Company''s code of conduct for the prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading window for dealing in the shares of the company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from 01st October, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Second quarter and financial year ended 30th September, 2023. The date of Board meeting for the consideration of financial results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023 shall be intimated in due course of time.
