This is to inform you that, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and as per the NSE circular no.: NSE/CML/2019/11 and BSE circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 regarding Trading Restriction Period, the ''Trading Window'' for dealing/trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, 1st January, 2022 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the third quarter ended 31st December, 2021 (both inclusive). Accordingly, all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving dealing/trading in shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
