This is with reference to our intimation letter Ref No. CS/S/L-523/2021-22 dated 22nd September, 2021 the Company had submitted an application seeking reclassification of a few provided Promoters and Promoter Group to both the exchanges i.e. BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited in accordance with Regulation 31A of the Listing Regulations. In this regard, we wish to inform that the Company has received the Approval letter from both the stock exchange i.e. the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on 23rd January, 2023 for the Re-classification of the aforementioned shareholders of the Company from Promoters and Promoter Group to 'Public category'.
