| Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. 29th March, 2024 at the registered office of the Company, considered and approved the following: i. Appointment of P B & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary (COP:25291 and Membership No. 36114) as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for F.Y. 2023-24. ii. Resignation of M/s. Vimal Dixit & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Regn. No. 008805C) as Internal Auditor of the Company. iii. Appointment of M/s ANDROS & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Regn. No. 008976N) as Internal Auditor of the Company for F.Y. 2023-24. This is for the information of the Members. Kindly take the above on record and oblige. | |
