Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, as amended from time to time, we wish to inform you of the following resignations from the Board of Directors of the Company:
1. Ms. Vandana Chib (DIN:09414035), has resigned from the position of Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect, post closure of business hours, due to personal reasons.
2. Ms. Subimol Abhilash Murali (DIN:10531014), has resigned from the position of Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect, post closure of business hours, due to personal reasons.
