With reference to the captioned subject, please note that the Paid up Share Capital of the Walchand PeopleFirst Limited (the 'Company') is less then INR 10 crore i.e. INR 290.39 Lakhs and Net Worth is less then INR 25 crores i.e. INR 1949.82 Lakhs as on 31st March, 2022 i.e. less than the requirements of Regulation 15 of SEBI ((Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015. Therefore, we hereby claim exemption under Regulation 15 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and consequently Regulation 24A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 shall not be applicable to us.
