| With reference to the application made by the Company on August 18, 2023, regarding the reclassification of Shareholder from ''''Promoter and Promoter Group'''' category to ''public'' category, we hereby inform that the Company has received the approval from BSE Limited vide LIST/COMP/AS/506/2024-25 dated 12the September,2024. for re-classification of the following shareholder of the Company, in accordance with Reg 31A of Listing regulations Name of Shareholder - Ms Anuja Vivek Joshi No of shares - 1026 percentage of holding - 0.04% Further, the Company has also received advisory from BSE vide BSE Letter LIST/COMP/AS/507/2024-25 dated 12th September,2024.
