| In terms of Regulation 33 read with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the 'Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. Friday, October 16, 2020 at 11:00 am and concluded at 12:30 pm inter-alia, approved the following:<BR> <BR> 1.Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter & Half Year ended September 30, 2020 along with Limited Review Report.<BR> 2.Appointment of Mr. Gagan Juneja (DIN: 08914005) as Additional Director under category of Independent Director of the Company.<BR> <BR> In compliance with SEBI order dated June 14, 2018 to Stock Exchange and further SEBI Circular No. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018; this is to confirm that Mr. Gagan Juneja (appointed as Additional Director) has not been debarred from holding the office of the director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other authority. <BR> <BR> This is for your record.<BR> | |
