This is with reference to our Intimation of outcome of Board meeting held dated 26th August, 2021, in which we had intimated that the 30th AGM of the Company for the financial year 2020-21 will be held on 30th September, 2021. We would like to inform you that Company has applied for extension of AGM to concerned Registrar of Companies for 3 months with respect to reason mentioned in attached application for seeking extension. Further, it has been decided to postpone the date of 30th AGM of the Company.
