Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders ('Code'), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2022 till 48 hours after the date of Board Meeting wherein, inter-alia, the approval of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022, would be considered by the Board.
