Wheels India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 20, 2022, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. Approval of Audited (standalone and consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2022, and<BR><BR>2. Recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2021-22, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM<BR><BR>Further, with reference to Company''s letter dated March 31, 2022 and in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window closure period for Designated Person(s) (Including their immediate relatives) of the Company has commenced from April 01, 2022 and wil continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited (standalone and consolidated) Financial Results for the quater/ year ended March 31, 2022.
