| White Organic Retail Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/05/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In accordance with Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, May 27, 2024, inter alia, to consider the Annual Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with Statutory Auditors' Report ('Financial Results') of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2024, and other business matters. Further, in reference to our letter dated March 30, 2024, we wish to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from Monday, i.e., April 01, 2024 and will remain closed until the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2024. | |
