This is to inform you that 60th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of Windsor Machines Limited(the Company) will be held on Friday, September 29, 2023 through Video Conferencing(VC)/Other Audio Visual Means(OAVM) at 4:00 P.M. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015("the SEBI Listing Regulations"). As informed by the Company on May 25, 2023, Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.00/- per share. The Record date for the purpose of final dividend for F.Y. 2022-23 will be Friday, September 22, 2023, and other details as the letter attached herewith.
