Wipro Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 15, 2020, inter alia, to consider and approve:<BR><BR>1. The condensed audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company under lndAS for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020.<BR><BR>2. The condensed audited consolidated financial results of the Company under IFRS for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020.<BR><BR>3. Recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2020.<BR><BR>The financial results would be finally approved by the Board of Directors on the evening of April 15, 2020. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from March 16, 2020 till the close of trading hours of April 17, 2020.
