Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and In terms of Company''s ''Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relative'' for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors, Promoters and Promoter Group and other Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Friday, 1st July, 2022 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022.
