| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of SEBI Circular No CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, we wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to approval of the shareholders and any required regulatory approvals and applicable conditions thereof, the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 10th August 2022, has considered and approved the re-appointment of Mr. Harsh Kumar Anand (DIN: 00312438), aged 72 years, as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, for a further period of five (5) years w.e.f. 30th July, 2023 to 29th July, 2028 (both days inclusive) subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company | |
