| We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. January 1, 2021, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board, has appointed Mr. Kubeir Khera (DIN: 03498226) as an Executive Director, designated as CEO and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, for a period of 5 years, with effect from today i.e. January 1, 2021. Mr Khera has deep operational knowledge, rich and varied experience in digital business, marketing and promotions and brings on the Board his unique vision, planning, execution, administration capabilities, and extensive expertise, required to create unique digital identity through its digital platform 'Yaarii' and to charter right direction for its continuous focus around promoting digital financial and other solutions on its brand identity to grow to next frontier.<BR> (for details, refer attachment) | |
