| Yash Pakka Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In terms of the Regulation 29, Regulation 30 read with Regulation 47 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 10th August, 2022 at 08:30 a.m., inter alia, to consider:- 1. The approval and adoption of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st quarter ended 30th June, 2022. 2. To consider and approve expansion project 'Jagriti' of the Company. 3. To appoint the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company. 4. To consider and approve the notice of 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company and Directors' Report for the year ended on 31st March, 2022. 5. To fix the date of book closure of the Company. 6.
