In terms of Minimum Standards for Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Designated Persons of the Company, framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Amendment Regulations, 2018 and pursuant to the requirement of the Clause 4 of the Schedule B of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the Trading Window for trading in Company's securities shall remain close for all Employees/Directors/Designated Persons of the Company w.e.f. 1st April, 2023 till 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the audited financial results for the half year and year ended on 31st March, 2023. Further, the date of Board meeting to consider/approve, inter alia, the audited financial results for the half year and year ended on 31st March, 2023 shall be intimated separately in due course.
