| Kindly take note that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e.27th May, 2023, has inter-alia considered and approved the following; 1. Audited Financial Results for the Half year and Year ended on 31st March, 2023 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. In this regard, please find enclosed the following as Annexure. a) Copy of Audited Financial Results for the Half year and year ended on 31st March, 2023. b) Statutory Audit Report for the year ended as on 31st March, 2023. c) Declaration under Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015 on the Financial Results submitted for 31st March, 2023 with respect to the unmodified Audit Report. | |
