| This is to inform you that in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by insiders and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information in respect of securities of the company and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will subsequently remain closed for all directors, officers, Designated employees and immediate relatives of respective persons aforementioned from 01st April, 2023 till 48 hours after announcement of Audited Financial Results of the company for the Quarter and Year ended on 31.03.2023. Please note that the date of Board Meeting to be held for the consideration of Audited Financial Results of the company for the Quarter and Year ended on 31.03.2023 shall be communicated in due course of time. | |
