| ZENITH EXPORTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 12th day of February'2021 at 12:30 p.m. inter-alia to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & Nine Months Ended 31st December' 2020.<BR> <BR> Further as informed earlier, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and Company's internal code of Prohibition of Insider Trading ('code'), the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company for designated persons of Company defined under the code, has already been closed from January 1, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & Nine Months Ended 31st December' 2020.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the above information on record. <BR> | |
