Dear Sirs/Madam, In terms of clause 5.5 of the CODE OF INTERNAL PROCEDURES AND CONDUCT FOR REGULATING, MONITORING AND REPORTING OF TRADING BY DESIGNATED PERSONS, SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Amendment Regulations, 2018 and Circulars issued by BSE, Trading Window for the purpose of dealing in the securities of the Company would be closed from , 1st April, 2022 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2022 are approved by the Board of Directors of the Company and filed with the Stock Exchanges.
