Dear Sir/Madam, In furtherance of the Company''s letter dated April 21, 2022, we hereby inform and communicate that. pursuant to the unanimous approval received from the Board of Directors of the Company, 2 (Two) Companies, have been incorporated as Wholly Owned Subsidiaries, in the name of NexSteer Systems Private Limited (CIN: U34100PN2022PTC210902) and DriveSys Systems Private Limited (CIN: U34100PN2022PTC210785). The Company has paid its initial subscription money on June 22, 2022. to NexSteer Systems Private Limited and DriveSys Systems Private Limited. The said entities shall undertake certain permissible business activities, in due course and from time to time.
