| The undersigned understands that in terms of Regulation 33, the Corporate Debtor is required to submit its unaudited standalone financial statement as well as consolidated unaudited financial statements (applicable for subsidiary company) and the due date of the same is 45 days from the end of quarter. Based on the records and inputs received from the erstwhile management of the Corporate Debtor, the undersigned understands that the same is not submitted for June, 2022 Quarter. In view thereof and considering the fact that the undersigned has recently taken charge or control of the Corporate Debtor (effective from August 03, 2022) and also the fact that matter or information is related to time period prior to the undersigned''s appointment, the undersigned would not be able to submit the relevant disclosures within the timelines as stipulated. The undersigned and his team are totally committed to supporting and complying with the applicable laws as mandated. | |
