| Further to intimation dated August 9, 2022 regarding initiation of CIRP in respect of Zicom Electronic Security Systems Limited ('Corporate Debtor'), by an order of Hon'ble NCLT, dated July 29, 2022; Order made available on August 03, 2022 ('Order'). The undersigned further informs that, pursuant to Reg 17(1) of IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016, the List of Creditors (Version 1) as on July 29, 2022, updated upto August 19, 2022 whose claim has been received and admitted, is filed before the Hon'ble NCLT on August 20, 2022. Further, in terms of Reg 13(2)(c) of IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016, the list of creditors would be displayed on the website of the Corporate Debtor. The said List of Creditors is enclosed herewith for your reference and record. The above disclosure is being made pursuant to the provisions of Reg 30(2) read with sub-clause 16(e) of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of LODR. | |
