No. IBBI-IPA-001/IP-P01169/2018-19/11837) have been appointed as the Resolution Professional vide order of Hon''ble NCLT dated 04.09.2025 in replacement of the Erstwhile Resolution Professional Mr. Huzefa Fakhri Sitabkhan (Reg No.- IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00031/2017-18/10115 and by virtue of resolution passed by CoC members in the Thirty Seventh CoC meeting in accordance with relevant provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and IBBI (Insolvency Resolution process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2017.
