Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board has approved, subject to the approval by the members at the ensuing 38th Annual General Meeting of the Company, the appointment of M/s MSKA & Associates, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 105047W), as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years commencing from the conclusion of the 38th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 43rd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
