360 ONE Asset Invests Rs 1,125 Cr in Bengaluru Project

New Delhi, Apr 22 (PTI) Alternative asset manager 360 ONE Asset, through its real assets funds, has acquired a 13 per cent stake in a large 7.7 million sq ft commercial project in Bengaluru for Rs 1,125 crore.

In a statement on Wednesday, the company said it participated in the primary issuance of securities by Arliga Ecoworld Business Parks Pvt Ltd for Rs 1,125 crore, with a future commitment of Rs 25 crore.


Post the issuance, 360 ONE Asset will own around 13 per cent equity stake along with Brookfield India REIT that will own about 87 per cent equity in the commercial asset – 'Ecoworld', a 7.7 million sq ft business park.

The asset is an integrated campus across 15 buildings, providing a mix of commercial and SEZ spaces.
