A1 Ltd achieves near debt-free fleet status, expands logistics capacity with 10 new tankers. Aiming for 100% debt-free fleet by October.
Mumbai, Apr 13 (PTI) Gujarat-based logistics and chemical trading firm A1 Ltd on Monday said that over 90 per cent of its fleet is debt-free and the company remains on track to fully repay all outstanding vehicle-related liabilities by October this year.
In line with its growth strategy, A1 Ltd is further augmenting its logistics capabilities by adding 10 multi-axle tankers to its existing fleet, the company said in a statement.
With this expansion, the company's total owned fleet will increase to 71 vehicles, enabling it to better cater to rising customer demand and ensure timely deliveries across markets.
"A1 Ltd has announced a significant milestone in its operational journey, with over 90 per cent of its fleet now debt-free. The Company remains on track to fully repay all outstanding vehicle-related liabilities by October 2026, transitioning to a 100 per cent owned, debt-free fleet," Harshadkumar Patel, Chairman and Managing Director, said.
The addition of new tankers and continued investment in logistics infrastructure will further strengthen our service capabilities, enabling us to deliver greater value to our customers, he added.
