Aluminium Futures Drop on Weak Demand - PTI

Aluminium futures fell on Monday due to low demand from consuming industries, with prices slipping to Rs 240.15 per kilogram on the Multi Commodity Exchange.
New Delhi, Nov 4 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Monday slipped Rs 1.40 to Rs 240.15 per kilogram in the futures market as participants trimmed their positions on a weak trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in November fell Rs 1.40 or 0.58 per cent to Rs 240.15 per kg in 3,551 lots.
Analysts said cutting down of positions by participants on easing demand from consuming industries mainly kept aluminium prices lower.
