Aluminium Futures Drop on Weak Demand - PTI

Aluminium futures on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) fell by 50 paise to Rs 241.25 per kg on Thursday due to weak demand from consuming industries.
New Delhi, Nov 28 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Thursday slipped 50 paise to Rs 241.25 per kilogram in the futures market, as participants trimmed their positions on a weak trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in December fell 50 paise or 0.21 per cent to Rs 241.25 per kg in 3,407 lots.
Analysts said cutting down of positions by participants on easing demand from consuming industries mainly kept aluminium prices lower.
