Aluminium Futures Drop on Weak Demand - PTI
Aluminium futures prices fell on Monday due to weak demand in the spot market. Analysts cite reduced positions by participants and easing demand from consuming industries as key factors.

New Delhi, Jan 27 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Monday slipped 50 paise to Rs 251 per kilogram in the futures market as participants trimmed their positions on a weak trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in February fell 50 paise or 0.2 per cent to Rs 251 per kg in 2,374 lots.
Analysts said cutting down of positions by participants on easing demand from consuming industries mainly kept aluminium prices lower.
