Aluminium futures decline on MCX due to weak spot market trends and reduced demand from consuming industries. December contract falls.

New Delhi, Nov 17 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Monday declined by 60 paise to Rs 272.80 per kilogram in the futures trade, as participants trimmed their positions on a weak trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in December fell 60 paise, or 0.22 per cent, to Rs 272.80 per kg in 893 lots.
Analysts said the cutting down of positions by participants on easing demand from consuming industries mainly kept aluminium prices lower.
