Aluminium Futures Fall on Low Demand in India

New Delhi, Dec 17 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Tuesday slipped Rs 1.25 to Rs 240.50 per kilogram in the futures market as participants trimmed their positions on a weak trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in December fell Rs 1.25 or 0.52 per cent to Rs 240.50 per kg in 1,911 lots.
Analysts said cutting down of positions by participants on easing demand from consuming industries mainly kept aluminium prices lower.
