Aluminium Futures Fall on Low Demand - PTI
Aluminium prices fell on Friday on weak demand from consuming industries, according to PTI. The commodity slipped 70 paise to Rs 242.90 per kg in the futures market.
New Delhi, Nov 22 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Friday slipped 70 paise to Rs 242.90 per kilogram in the futures market as participants trimmed their positions on a weak trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in December fell 70 paise or 0.29 per cent to Rs 242.90 per kg in 3,075 lots.
Analysts said cutting down of positions by participants on easing demand from consuming industries mainly kept aluminium prices lower.
