Aluminium Futures Fall on Low Demand - PTI
Aluminium prices fell 25 paise to Rs 246.15 per kg on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) due to weak demand from consuming industries.
New Delhi, Jan 14 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Tuesday slipped 25 paise to Rs 246.15 per kilogram in the futures market as participants trimmed their positions on a weak trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in February fell 25 paise or 0.1 per cent to Rs 246.15 per kg in 1,306 lots.
Analysts said cutting down of positions by participants on easing demand from consuming industries mainly kept aluminium prices lower.
