Aluminium Futures Fall on Low Demand

Aluminium futures slip on MCX due to weak spot market trend and reduced demand from consuming industries. December contracts fall.

New Delhi, Nov 24 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Monday slipped 10 paise to Rs 268.65 per kilogram in futures trade, as participants trimmed their positions on a weak trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium contracts for December delivery fell 10 paise, or 0.04 per cent, to Rs 268.65 per kg in a business turnover of 2,280 lots.
Analysts said the cutting down of positions by participants on easing demand from consuming industries mainly kept aluminium prices lower.
