Aluminium Futures Fall on Weak Demand - PTI
Aluminium prices declined in the futures market on Tuesday due to weak demand from consuming industries, according to PTI.
New Delhi, Oct 8 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Tuesday declined Rs 3.90 to Rs 238.60 per kilogram in the futures market, as participants trimmed their positions on a weak trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in October fell Rs 3.90 or 1.61 per cent to Rs 238.60 per kg in 207 lots.
Analysts said cutting down of positions by participants on easing demand from consuming industries mainly kept aluminium prices lower.
