Aluminium Futures Fall on Weak Demand - PTI
Aluminium futures prices fell on Tuesday due to low demand from consuming industries, according to PTI. The price dropped by 15 paise to Rs 243.55 per kilogram on the Multi Commodity Exchange.
New Delhi, Dec 10 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Tuesday slipped 15 paise to Rs 243.55 per kilogram in the futures market as participants trimmed their positions on a weak trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in December fell 15 paise or 0.06 per cent to Rs 243.55 per kg in 3,385 lots.
Analysts said cutting down of positions by participants on easing demand from consuming industries mainly kept aluminium prices lower.
