Aluminium futures prices declined on the Multi Commodity Exchange due to weak demand from consuming industries.
New Delhi, Nov 12 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Tuesday slipped Rs 2.25 to Rs 237.50 per kilogram in the futures market as participants trimmed their positions on a weak trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in December fell Rs 2.25 or 0.94 per cent to Rs 237.50 per kg in 1,575 lots.
Analysts said cutting down of positions by participants on easing demand from consuming industries mainly kept aluminium prices lower.
