Aluminium Futures Fall on Weak Demand
Aluminium prices slipped on the Multi Commodity Exchange due to reduced demand from consuming industries. Analysts attributed the fall to position trimming by participants.

New Delhi, Jan 28 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Tuesday slipped 65 paise to Rs 248.40 per kilogram in the futures market as participants trimmed their positions on a weak trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in February fell 65 paise or 0.26 per cent to Rs 248.40 per kg in 2,743 lots.
Analysts said cutting down of positions by participants on easing demand from consuming industries mainly kept aluminium prices lower.
