Aluminium Futures Rise on Fresh Bets: Prices Up Rs 1.75
Aluminium futures prices on the Multi Commodity Exchange rose on Wednesday due to fresh bets from traders amid a positive trend in the spot market.
New Delhi, Oct 23 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Wednesday increased Rs 1.75 to Rs 243.85 per kilogram in the futures market as speculators built up fresh positions amid a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in November rose Rs 1.75 or 0.72 per cent to Rs 243.85 per kg in 2,150 lots.
Analysts said fresh positions created by traders amid demand from consuming industries supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
