Aluminium Futures Rise on Fresh Bets - PTI
Aluminium prices climbed 0.18% on Friday, reaching Rs 221.50 per kg in futures trade driven by speculator bets and a positive spot market trend.
New Delhi, Sep 6 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Friday climbed 0.18 per cent to Rs 221.50 per kilogram in futures trade as speculators built up fresh positions amid a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium contracts for October delivery increased 40 paise or 0.18 per cent to Rs 221.50 per kg in a business turnover of 320 lots.
Analysts said fresh positions created by traders amid demand from consuming industries supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
